About My Practice
I’ve been a certified and practicing Yoga/Fitness Instructor since 2010. The foundation of my practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, deep stretching, movement, and meditative awareness. I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing. I also provide Cardio & Strength classes that creates a great balance to the Yoga. You can take classes in privacy of your own home by either a live virtual class, 1 on 1 virtual class or if you are in the area Jamie Lee will come to you!

The Different Classes Offered by Jamie Lee

Mind Body Class
Stretching & Meditation
Mind Body Class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Mind & Body classes at Jamie Lee Fitness: Mind & Body attempt to coordinate breathing while deep stretching to , improve focus and concentration, and ending with a guided journey to relax the mind and body.

Yoga Flow
Strength & Breathing
Yoga Flow Class helps build strength from which one can transition into new positions and exercises with the guidance of their breath.  This flow centers around control and breathing, with modifications to suit a range of levels from beginner to advanced. Yoga Flow is a class that feels good and fits with every healthy lifestyle.

Cardio/Strength
Building Strength & Burning Fat
Cardio Strength Class focuses on building muscles using your own body weight or with weights, Tabata Style or Reps. Â Cardio will build endurance and keep that heart rate going to burn that fat into muscle.
